Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays). You will receive tracking on dispatch. During peak periods or disruptions, processing may take longer.

Domestic & International Timeframes (Indicative)

• Australia: 3–5 business days (metro), 5–10 (regional/remote).
• United States: 10–14 business days depending on location and customs.
• United Kingdom / European Union: 10–15 business days depending on location and customs.
Delivery windows are estimates; carriers and customs may cause delays beyond our control.

Heat & Weather Holds

To protect product quality, we may delay dispatch during extreme heat or severe weather. We will notify you and provide tracking once shipped.

Packaging & Sustainability

Where possible, we use recyclable or responsibly sourced packaging.

PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Remote Areas

Some carriers deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers; others require a street address. Remote locations may attract longer transit times or surcharges.

Incorrect Address, RTS & Redelivery

Please ensure your address is correct. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect or insufficient address or unclaimed delivery, reshipment fees may apply.

Signature vs Authority to Leave (ATL)

If Signature on Delivery is selected and no one is available, the parcel may be carded for pickup or redelivery. If ATL is selected, responsibility transfers upon delivery scan.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments are typically sent DAP/DDU (Delivered At Place/Unpaid). Recipients in the U.S., UK, EU and elsewhere are responsible for customs duties, VAT/sales tax, and import fees. Customs inspections may add transit time; we cannot control these processes.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels

If your order is damaged or significantly delayed, contact support@sacredstaples.com within 7 days (or as soon as practicable) with photos and your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 10 business days. For accessibility needs, contact support@sacredstaples.com to request alternate formats or assistance.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
International customers may have additional rights under their local laws, which Sacred Staples respects in all jurisdictions where it operates.
