Eligibility & Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts for misuse or violations.
Ordering & Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion (e.g., stock, pricing errors). A binding contract forms when we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders we cannot fulfil.
Prices, Currency & Taxes (Global)
Prices are displayed in the local currency of the region/site you visit — AUD for Australia, USD for the United States, GBP for the United Kingdom, and EUR for the European Union. In Australia, prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax). In other countries, applicable VAT or sales tax may apply and will be shown at checkout or collected on delivery. Exchange rates and final amounts may vary by your payment provider. We may adjust prices and taxes for regulatory or currency changes.
Payment & Security
You authorise charges to your selected payment method at checkout. Orders ship after payment clears. We use secure third‑party gateways (e.g., Stripe, Shopify Payments) and do not store full card numbers.
Delivery, Risk & Title
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Title passes on delivery; risk transfers when the order is delivered or collected (including Authority to Leave). Ensure your delivery address is accurate.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you select ATL, responsibility transfers once the courier scans the parcel as delivered to your address or designated location.
Promotions, Gift Cards & Credits
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms, validity periods, and exclusions, and cannot generally be combined. Gift cards are valid for at least three years (unless a longer period applies by law) and are not redeemable for cash.
Subscriptions & Auto‑Renewal
By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the stated interval until you cancel. We display price, frequency, and next charge date before checkout and in your account. You may cancel before the renewal cut‑off via your account or by contacting support. Renewal reminders are provided where required.
User Content & Reviews
By submitting reviews, photos, or comments, you grant Sacred Staples a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use and display that content. We may moderate, remove, or refuse content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or inappropriate.
Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, logos, graphics, designs) is owned or licensed by Sacred Staples and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not reproduce or commercialise content without permission.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the site, introduce malicious code, probe or breach security, scrape content without permission, or infringe the rights of others.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits non‑excludable consumer rights (e.g., under the Australian Consumer Law). You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, carrier failures).
Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms by posting an updated version on our website. The updated Terms take effect upon posting unless stated otherwise.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia for all disputes, without limiting your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
